La “CGT” es el edificio de la
Comisión General del Trabajo.
“El primer trabajador” era el modo en que la propaganda política llamaba al General Perón el cual había arribado al poder gracias
al apoyo del movimiento obrero.
Aquí el Tiempo es otra clase de lider.

‘CGT’ stands for Comisión General del Trabajo, the headquarters of the
General Syndicate of Workers.
‘The first worker’ was the name which the political propaganda applied to General Peron. Peron arrived to power in the mid 40’s through the support of the working class movement. Time, here, is another kind of leader.
